Opening weekend starts out strong with an excellent bite.  The water temps are warming up and the fish need to eat.  Target these fish as they make their way from spawning grounds out to their summer ranges.  Once things settle down, we set up in Sturgeon Bay, allowing us to fish the crystal clear waters of Door County.  An excellent, underrated traditional summer bite...weedlines, topwaters, and especially night fishing....with very limited fishing pressure awaits throughout the changing moon phases of summer.

And that brings us to the best fall bite around. These huge fish follow the schools of spawning shad into the rivers and are ready for a feast. We primarily fish the 7 miles of Fox River out into the Lower Bay where numbers of big fish are on patrol.
